A representative of your Club/Independent Team, if your Club/Independent Team to be new or renewal member of CAAD, please click, print and complete the CAAD Club/Independent Team Member Form and mail it to CAAD before the deadline accordance to CAAD Rules and Regulations, Article VI., Duties and Powers of Officers, Section 3., The Secretary-Treasurer of this Association shall:
Q. Mail the official USADB basketball players
registration forms to all member clubs having basketball teams in this
Association immediately after receiving the member club's membership
application and dues on and before December 1st. Page 6.
T. Mail the official softball players' registration forms of this Association to all member clubs of this Association on or before June 1st of each year. Each member club must return the registration form, along with its entry, forfeit fees, and the score sheets between the member club teams to the Sport Commissioner of the Association on or before the deadline date of July 1st of each year. No period of grace shall be extended after July 1st date. Page 6.

Deadline Dates:
Basketball: Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
Softball: Monday, June 18, 2012.
Volleyball: TBA.
Club/Independent Team Member Fees:
As a fact of Club/Independent Team Member Fee for renewal, new or relapsed is in CAAD Rules and Regulations, SR XII, Standing Rules, Miscellaneous, Appendix B, General, B1, Annual Club Membership Due. Page 29.
Renewal Member: $20.00.
New member or relapsed for more than 1 year: $30.00.
Important Note:
If you didn't realize to recognize the Deadline Dates, encourage you as representative to contact President/Commissioner in soon as possible for your Club/Independent Team participate in CAAD Regional Basketball, Softball or Volleyball and National Tournaments.
Again, if you have any concerns or questions relates to be a new or renewal member of CAAD, please feel free from hesitate to contact President/Commissioner and Secretary-Treasurer. Your Club/Independent Team is very valuable to be a member of CAAD for participates in CAAD Regional Basketball, Softball or Volleyball and National Tournaments.
